Hi! My name is Melissa Gibson and welcome to my blog!

This blog is dedicated to sharing my passion about evidence-based nutrition and take you through every aspect of my experience of switching to a whole food plant-based lifestyle.

There are so many questions and there is so much confusion around this lifestyle that is simply unnecessary. Going plant-based is easy, a joy, and oh so rewarding with the correct information and tools!

My plant-based living experiences and application will bring you the courage to make the switch for yourself as much or as little as you desire. Who doesn’t want to feel their best inside and out?  All information is up to date, evidence-based research that can’t be denied as you and I reap the health-filled benefits.

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill vegan health blog. Information will presented in a real and relatable way. No one wants to feel like they’re reading a textbook, right?

Each post promises to present wonderful how to’s, tips, stories, insights, and more into whole food plant-based eating, cooking, and living. It will not only feed your body physically, but you may find it helps in other aspects of your life too!

It is the most sustainable “diet” there is – but there’s really nothing diet about it… that’s why it’s a lifestyle!
